- Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the option that’s greyed out in your side? That will help me confirm exactly which setting is being restricted.
- Are you able to reproduce the same issue in Outlook on the web, or is it only happening in the desktop app?
- Are you trying to disable alphabetical sorting in order to use a custom folder order instead?
