i cant stop alphabetical listing of the folders in outlook (option is greyed out)

    I’m happy to take a closer look at this with you. To better understand what’s happening on your side, could you help share a bit more detail:

    • Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the option that’s greyed out in your side? That will help me confirm exactly which setting is being restricted.
    • Are you able to reproduce the same issue in Outlook on the web, or is it only happening in the desktop app?
    • Are you trying to disable alphabetical sorting in order to use a custom folder order instead?
