Scheduling Poll Dashboard

I made several polls and need to delete two of them but none of the three are showing up on the scheduling poll dashboard anywhere. There is nothing in the "open polls," "completed," or "canceled" tabs. I only have some old ones on the "expired" tab.

    Hi Giselle,

    Based on your sharing, I have tried testing this behavior using Outlook on the web by creating a new poll with an email compose and also using a calendar event/meeting invite. However, when I sign into https://outlook.office365.com/findtime/dashboard/, there is no entry listed under any categories but the user I sent the still see the voting information.

    Therefore, I suspect that there may be a problem with Outlook Poll Dashboard. However, I have researched through Microsoft product help and other official information sources but up to now, there is no Microsoft help article or announcement found and also no troubleshooting guidance addressing this issue.

    For this situation, the best next step is to ask the Global Admin in your organization to create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. This route ensures that you can contact a technical support engineer who can perform a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.
