HI, I have passed the exam - AB-730. I have received confirmation about passing on my email. Unfortunately I do not have it on my Microsft account.

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn
    2. Check Your Certification Profile
      • In the top right, click your profile picture → ProfileCertification Profile.
      • Verify that your MCID (Microsoft Certification ID) and personal details match the ones used during exam registration.
    3. Verify Email Addresses
      • Sometimes the exam provider (Pearson VUE or PSI) has a different email than your Microsoft account.
      • Make sure the email you used for the exam is added as an alias to your Microsoft account.
    4. Merge Accounts if Needed
      • If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, you may need to merge or update your certification profile to ensure the exam result is tied to the correct account.
    5. Contact Microsoft Certification Support
      • If the exam still doesn’t appear, raise a support ticket:
      • Go to the Certification Support page → select Exam Results / Transcript Issues.
      • Provide your MCID, exam confirmation email, and the account you want linked.
      • Microsoft’s support team can manually attach your AB‑730 result to your profile.
