The RecommendationType value set has the following values: CampaignBudgetRecommendation, KeywordRecommendation, ResponsiveSearchAdRecommendation.

Value	Description

KeywordRecommendation	Add new keywords from all sources.
ResponsiveSearchAdRecommendation	Add new responsive search ad.
