Hello,

I want to know how to check one user's permissions for all lists/libraries, sites/subsites in a site collection. I know it is possible in SharePoint on premise using PowerShell. Is it possible in SharePoint Online?

Thanks

    hi moustaphabayo,

currently, from the ui page, we can check a user or a group’s permission via site settings > site permissions under users and permissions > check permissions. however, it is impossible to list the detailed permission information like a user's permissions for all lists/libraries, sites/subsites in a site collection.

in addition, for possibly workaround, we would suggest you post the question in our windows powershell forum which is a specific support channel for office 365 powershell script related queries to check whether this can be achieved by powershell script in sharepoint online.

    thanks for your understanding.
