Hi Everyone,

I have a company account in China and the only way to login is using partner.outlook.cn.

I think for this reason I cannot use onedrive app, because the app address to microsoft.com. 

Do you know if there's a way to login on one drive`in China?

    Hi Dil,

    OneDrive for Business URL does not include a microsoft.com in the address.

    To sync a OneDrive for Business library, please first make sure that you have a SharePoint Online license. You can check your subscriptions by going to your account > Subscriptions.

    If you have a OneDrive for Business library, you can sync it by installing the OneDrive for Business sync client and logging into your company’s account.

    If you have a OneDrive for Business library and you are having sync problems, here is a general troubleshooting guide.

    If you are having trouble accessing OneDrive for Business from the web, try accessing the OneDrive for Business using a partner account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) by logging into the Office 365 Partner Portal and click on the OneDrive for Business icon on the homepage to navigate to OneDrive for Business.

    If the issue persists, Microsoft has a dedicated technical support channel for Office 365 services by 21Vianet. We’d suggest you refer to this article on how to contact Office 365 by 21Vianet technical support. We appreciate your understanding.

    Hi Dil,

    Based on my test, I was also unable to login using a China Office 365 account as the login page did not recognize the account.

    We suggest you contact Office 365 by 21Vianet technical support via the link above as they are the service provider for China’s Office 365. We appreciate the understanding.

    Sorry, I didn't clarify that I'm a mac user, so is probably different.

    I cannot login in https://login.microsoft.com because it says that it doesn't recognise my account, but I can login in partner.outlook.cn (is the chinese login).

    Every app, included OneDrive is addressed to  https://login.microsoft.com and for this reason I can just use one drive for business by browser.

    Hope the issue is more clear now.
