error when try to install office 2016 click to run

Hi,

when I try to install office 2016 click to run version for user I am getting below error. I already try Microsoft tool to remove any installed office application. also try in to 2 different machine as well. please help to solve this issue.

    Hi Preyash,

    Since the installation runs fine at our side, the issue is either related to your computer configurations or the network. We suggest you try the following points to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Try installing using a wired connection and a different network environment.

    2. Try temporarily turning off proxy, antivirus, and firewall.

    3. Try on a different computer and check if the issue will still happen.

    the screenshot of the error isn’t uploaded successfully, could you try uploading it again by clicking use rich formatting at the bottom and then clicking the icon of insert/edit media.

    besides, may i also confirm the following points?

    1. what’s the version of the installer you use? you can check the version by right-clicking the installer file > properties > details (on windows).

    2. on which operating system are you trying to install office 2016 proplus?

    3. which subscription of office 365 are you using?

    Hi

    I can install 2013 without any issue or changes on m y system. so I think there is no issue with antivirus or proxy settings.
