    Thanks for reaching out.

    As mentioned by @JimmySalian-2011 , Azure AD B2C provides 99.99% SLA.

    Adding to that, RPO/RTO are objectives used in BC/DR plans (Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery plans) and this data is not publicly shared as Azure AD B2C is a SaaS solution.

    On Azure AD B2C customers must account the SLA of the B2C, but they cannot rely on RTO/RPO objectives of a SaaS solution. With SaaS, you rely on the SaaS provider to have their own BC/DR, where you practically "buy" SLA (uptime) to avoid calculating and bothering about BC/DR.
