we are performing a tenant to tenant migration and I need to know the total data availble in individual teams and OneDrive for each user that needs to be migrated. How I can figure that out?

    For Microsoft Teams, you could go to Microsoft Teams admin center, click Analytics & reports > Usage reports. On the View reports tab, under Report, select Teams usage. For more details, you could refer to:

    For OneDrive, please go to Microsoft 365 admin center -> Reports -> Usage -> Click View more in the OneDrive files section -> Then you could see usage data. You also could export usage data into csv file.

    this article shows how to do this using SharePoint Online PowerShell and outputs a CSV with all OneDrive info for the tenant.
