Unfortunately, when I open my teams excel files, it doesnt load the content.
Can you help me with this?

What is the symptom of this issue?
For example do you get any error messages, or a blank page when opening excel files?
And what application are you using?
Are you opening excel directly inTeams, or in the desktop version of the excel application, or in the browser?
If possible please post a screenshot of this issue.

1) Try clearing Teams cache:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
2) Try re-installing Microsoft Teams.
3) Try repairing Office by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Microsoft Office > Change > Quick Repair.
