The only point of a PPTM file is that it contains VBA macros. But Office Online doesn't support or run VBA. All macro-enabled formats (.pptm, .potm, .ppsm) are blocked in the online file viewer.

Dear Urumkan Imanakunova,

Good day!!

As per the description shared, I understand OfficeApps Viewer is not able to open the macro enabled PowerPoint presentation where it shows File Not Found error. Since you mentioned the file at original location can be opened without any issue, can you try to convey the problematic presentation to .pptx formatted file and see the outcome?

If the problem doesn’t happen, please create a new presentation with macro enabled and see whether the problem persists. If still the same, I suggest you to contact the related development team via creating a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center for further investigation. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience.

Best Regards,
