Yammer masive members upload

Hi, if I follow the steps to add a mass group to yammer, does it means that they will receive an invite to join so they can whether to accept it or not, or they will be part of the community automatically? If it goes out as an invite, is there any way to make them part of the community without the need to accept an invite?

Dear Paola,

If you are an administrator and using New Yammer which is Native Mode, you need to bulk-add users in the Azure AD admin center.

Add, block, or remove Yammer users - Yammer | Microsoft Learn

After you add them, no matter the public community or the private community, the users will receive the notification saying that they have been added to the community without their approval or not and they can go to the community from the link of the email.

If they themselves join the private community from the Join option, the administrator will need to approve them to join or not.

For the public community, the users will be joined automatically if they click on the Join option.
