Data Loss Issue After Changing Microsoft 365 Plans

seeking assistance regarding a data loss issue we encountered after making changes to our Microsoft 365 subscription plan.

Recently, we made the decision to switch from our Microsoft 365 Business Essentials plan to the Email Essentials plan. However, shortly after this transition, we realized that some critical data from our OneDrive and SharePoint Drive appeared to be missing. Subsequently, we decided to revert to our previous plan, Microsoft 365 Business Essentials, in an attempt to recover the lost data.

Regrettably, despite the plan reversion, the data we lost from our drive remains inaccessible. We are now facing a pressing need to recover this data as it contains important files and documents crucial to our operations.

We have explored the standard recovery options available within our Microsoft 365 account, such as checking the Recycle Bin and using the Version History feature for OneDrive and SharePoint. However, these methods did not yield the desired results.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in guiding us through the process of recovering the lost data from our OneDrive and SharePoint Drive following the plan changes. If there are any specific steps we need to follow or if you have any insights into the recovery options available to us, please do let us know.

Our primary goal is to retrieve the lost data and ensure it is securely restored to our Microsoft 365 Business Essentials account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We look forward to your guidance and support in resolving this data loss issue as soon as possible.
