Sharepoint organization - guest user account reset

Hi Support,

I am not able to login on an organization SharePoint with my guest account. I need to verify my account with the authenticator app and this is not possible anymore since I use a new mobile phone. How can I reset my account so I can re-register my account on my new phone/authenticator app?

    I understand your concern and would like to let you know that if the multi-factor authentication is enabled by the organization where you are the Guest user, you need to contact the IT admin of the Office 365 organization for resetting the MFA on your Guest account.
