I am trying to access https://security.microsoft.com/reportsubmission to report a false positive domain that is getting automatically quarantined, but it says "You don't have permission to view this page. If you need to view and use this page, please contact your admin".

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/tenant-allow-block-list-about?view=o365-worldwide "Allow entries in the Tenant Allow/Block List" section is what I am trying to do.

I am the only user of this computer and I am the admin of my email account. Can you please tell me how to gain permission?

Thank you.

The less expensive plan should cover it - but you need to purchase it from GoDaddy since they are your reseller.

Are the messages in the list at https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine and can you submit it from there?

On the inbound policy - https://security.microsoft.com/antispam - start typing your name and select it and or your domain in the last field - select it from the list so its added. https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/0f259116-b9ec-4c12-a3bd-cdf89b818a84?platform=QnA

On the last page of the form is the same and blocked lists - but you can't override if it's marked high confidence phishing.

    Thank you again Diane.

On the link you provided I see there are two plans: Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Plan 1) for $2/mo and then Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Plan 2) for $5/mo. Neither seem very expensive. Do you know which one I'd require in order to access https://security.microsoft.com/reportsubmission?

Are you saying it's because I need to have a licensed version of Microsoft Defender? So I have to pay Microsoft money in order to receive all of my emails? Or do I need to pay GoDaddy money to receive all of my emails?

It's a available on the higher priced plans or as an addon. I have the cheapest GoDaddy plan... and it is not included. It is included on my (expensive) work account.

I don't know if godaddy sells it as an addon - Microsoft does. https://www.microsoft.com/security/business/siem-and-xdr/microsoft-defender-office-365

I'll check my goddady account and see if I get the same message or can figure out what is going on.

    I also still don't understand why I can't access https://security.microsoft.com/reportsubmission

Are you saying it's because I need to have a licensed version of Microsoft Defender? So I have to pay Microsoft money in order to receive all of my emails? Or do I need to pay GoDaddy money to receive all of my emails? I really just need to get all of my emails. If I have to pay some company to do so I won't be happy, but it could just be a small price to pay in order to not lose money from my business.

GoDaddy support wasn't able to help. Spent an hour on the phone with someone who didn't know what I was talking about, relaying messages back and forth to the "expert" team while I was on the phone, that ultimately told me that this isn't something they can help me with and Microsoft needs to help me. Of course there isn't a phone number or any "live support" with Microsoft, so I'm at a loss figuring out what step-by-step process needs to resolve this. I'm glad I stumbled upon these forums.

Thank you for your continued help Diane, you're an angel.

I tried to edit my anti-spam filter by going to the /antispam link you provided after I logged in and I am getting the below screen, says "choose at least one 'include' condition". I am not sure how to add a "condition" and see no options/buttons to do so. I also tried removing everything in the "users" section and tried it, along with adding something in groups in and tried it, but still get the same message.

Should there be something else on the below screen that lets me add a condition?
