I am trying to access https://security.microsoft.com/reportsubmission to report a false positive domain that is getting automatically quarantined, but it says "You don't have permission to view this page. If you need to view and use this page, please contact your admin".

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/tenant-allow-block-list-about?view=o365-worldwide "Allow entries in the Tenant Allow/Block List" section is what I am trying to do.

I am the only user of this computer and I am the admin of my email account. Can you please tell me how to gain permission?

Thank you for the information on how to add a new policy, I was confused on who the "user" was supposed to be so your last post was super helpful. I haven't had anything quarantined since I initially posted so I think I might be OK now.
