Need MS Agent 2.0

I use WinWord and have rec'd an error telling me I need MS Agent 2.0 which can be found on the Office System Pack. I searched my Office Suite CD and my Works Suite (w/Word 2002) CD's and it found no instances of Agent 2.0.

BTW, I opened both discs and searched forusing Explorer. Should I have looked differently or am I on the wrong discs? I'm not really sure what is meant by the Office System Pack if that doesn't mean the Suite install disc.

What discs should I have looked on or can I find Agent 2.0 elsewhere?
