Hello! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I understand that you are looking for a solution to store your 6TB data on OneDrive for Business. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, OneDrive for Business Plan 1 only offers 1TB of storage and Plan 2 is no longer available for new customers.

However, you may consider purchasing additional storage through the Microsoft 365 admin center. You can purchase additional storage in increments of 1TB, up to a maximum of 5TB per user. Alternatively, you may also consider using SharePoint Online to store your data, which offers up to 25TB of storage per site collection.

I hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Dear Sophia,

Thank you for your help and suggestion.

    • For OneDrive for Business (Plan 2). From what I learn from search is that no longer available to new customer. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Unlimited OneDrive storage is no longer an option, even for businesses | Windows Central

    • For Microsoft E3/E5, it is literally a little bit over budget as E3 cost USD$432 /yr and minimum 5 subscription in order to get 5TB storage / user otherwise only 1TB per user.

Thank you. And please feel free to advice if you have any other suggestions.

Also you might want to consider Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 plans. Both of these plans come with unlimited OneDrive storage, which should accommodate your 6TB data requirement. These plans also offer additional features and services beyond what's included in the Business Standard subscription.

Microsoft 365 E3 includes advanced security features, compliance tools, and the full desktop version of Office applications. Microsoft 365 E5, on the other hand, offers all the features of E3 and adds advanced analytics, voice capabilities, and more security and compliance features.
