I am asking about my college domain not single email address! my question is that how to register my college domain name into Microsoft, so the students ID can verify easily.
How to register our college domain name with Microsoft to use azure benefits for students?

I am head of IT department of my college i want to register my college domain name with Microsoft so my students will get benefits of azure students!
for now they reply your domain is not register with us please help me Microsoft team

My colleague Korey answered a similar question to this, but found the same results. If I learn more I will report back here for you. Sorry about this!
