Power Query Error Message Microsoft Mashup Engine Interface Resource Access ForbiddenException

Hello,

I was already looking for a solution to this problem in this forum. Unfortunately, I can't understand what the problem could be. Here is the situation. I have added a Power Query database in Excel. I receive the data for the query via an API interface to Dynamics 365. The data is updated every time the file is opened. A colleague of mine and I have no problems opening the file, the data updates normally. With two other colleagues, however, we always get this error message. None of the solutions suggested in the forum have worked so far. Are there any other ways to ensure that all my colleagues can access the relevant data?

Best regards,

Matthias

Without environment at hand, it is hard to determine the cause of Power query issue. I'd suggest you create support ticket to Microsoft.

Please contact your admin/IT department create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this situation.

    Hi,

so the first link mentions a different error message, but the second link looked promising, since the error shown in the video is the same that we encounter. I was following the steps, and noticed, that i do not have such a bearer token in my Let. When connecting to the dynamics api i just used the link provided in the developer resources in dynamics. I never had to enter any token.
