It is suggested to directly contact Microsoft billing team via Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to verify the status of your subscription.
Note: In most countries or regions, billing support for Microsoft 365 for business products and services is provided in English from 9 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday. Local language support varies by country or region.
