Company Portal Online app stuck in Install Pending status

Hi,

I have devices stuck with Install Pending status for Company Portal Online Application. There are few devices which is being used by multiple users. For such devices, for few users it says Installed and for some it says Install Pending. For example below screenshot, on checking manually on a device, company portal is installed but when we check the status in Intune Portal it says Install pending for one of the user on that device

Please advise how to fix on this status?

    @Swati Arora, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know there's some devices shared by multiple users. on the device, some users are with company portal installed. Some shows install pending. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

    From the picture, there's one user shows install pending. Please let the affected user login the device, check if the company portal is installed. If yes, then go to Accounts->Access Work or school, find the account, info and click sync to see if the result will be different.
