My name is Eli, and I am a hardware engineer at xxx. I currently have a fully licensed version of Visio on my PC, but I am missing the electrical stencils that are essential for my work.

Based on your description, you want to get the electrical stencils for Visio. May I know are you referring to the engineering drawing shown below?
If yes, you can refer this official article to create the electrical engineering diagram. Reference for you: Create an electrical engineering diagram - Microsoft Support. If you can't find the template in your Visio application, download it via this article: Featured Visio templates and diagrams - Microsoft Support
If above can’t satisfy your needs or you mean other stencils, I’m afraid there is no related stencil could meet your requirement. Thank you for the detailed instructions; they were very helpful.
I'm looking for a package of stencils for electrical and electronic symbols that I can download and use in Visio. For example, I found a package of communication stencils on GitHub, downloaded it to my PC, and uploaded it to Visio. It worked perfectly, but now I need stencils specifically for electronic symbols.
Do you have any recommendations or know where I can find such a package?

What sort of devices are you looking for? Visio does come with some electrical shapes, but electric/electronics is a broad field. Paul Herber has made a large collection, but you should be able to find some free ones if you are bit more detailed in your search.
