123 Reg issues...

Email address no longer recognised through 123 reg. 123 reg is my global administrator and help desk, yet their ticket support system is a complete joke. My email has been out of action for over a week now. The email address is not recognised by 365. Spending hours every day trying to resolve. Microsoft are proactive, return calls, screen share and try and help to resolve the issue. 123 Reg rely upon an antiquated ticketing system. Any ideas?

    During the phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again for technical support. You may be asked for some information for verification, such as account or subscription information, organization details, phone number.
