See this document: Visual Studio Pricing, and please kindly switch to Standalone License tab. In the list, navigate to Visual Studio Professional 2022 standalone license column, and check this => Earlier versions for PC, the corresponding box is empty, without a mark.

Suggestion

You may consider monthly subscription, standard subscriptions, cloud subscriptions or standalone license for Visual Studio 2019 Professional, if you want to use Visual Studio 2019 Professional.
