Hi, we have Office 365 E3 and we purchased Microsoft Copilot. We assigned several licenses, and we can see the Copilot Icon in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, but it's not visible in SharePoint online. What am I not doing correctly?

Still the same. It looks like we don't have the latest release for UK tenants yet. I don't even see most of the features on Copilot Studio at the moment. I hope they would be available in the new year.. :)

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for your updates.

It seems like even in a newly created SharePoint site homepage, it is not showing the Copilot icon on the corner for you. In this situation, it is possible that there has some service deployment cache in the backend of your account or even the tenant (if it happens on other users as well). The efficient action is to contact the admin of your organization and request a free support ticket in Microsoft Admin Center.

Escalated Microsoft engineers there can make remote session with you and collect the HARs log from the backend to locate the cause of Copilot in SharePoint not appearing. Otherwise, they will also check if there have any settings in the tenant side that may prevented you from using Copilot feature in SharePoint Online platform.

We are redirecting it to the right support channel to solve the problem. That's why we suggest you contact your administrator or your IT department. They can create a support ticket. Once your administrator or IT contacts them, the engineers will contact you back in 30mins.

    Best Regards,

    Mia

Thank you so much for your suggestions and testing it.

I followed each of your steps and verified that I have the correct licensing, but unfortunately and I still do not see the Copilot icon.

Please let me know what else I can try.

    Hi Tom,

I went through your post carefully and deployed some tests for better investigation.

For a work account includes the Microsoft 365 Copilot for SharePoint license, it will appear the Copilot icon on the top-right corner of a site. You may double check from My account (office.com). And then, try to create a new SharePoint site and wait for few minutes to refresh and see if the Copilot icon will appear.

Please share back the updates and we will offer the further suggestions. Appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Mia
