    Hello Angga Khalifah,

    Greetings.

Just a follow up on this thread. May I please know if you managed to reach out to the online support team as Luckie suggested to increase EWS throttling?

In case you need any further assistance, feel free to respond to the thread.

    Best Regards,

    Ashraf.

    Hi Angga Khalifah,

    Many thanks for your update.

I understand that the same error still appears after your disabled Exchange Web Services Throttling. Given the complexity of this issue, to resolve this effectively, I recommend escalating this matter to the Microsoft Technical Support Team, as they have access to the necessary diagnostic tools and backend systems to thoroughly investigate the cause.

Why Contact the Technical Support Team?

    • Advanced Diagnostic Tools:
Support engineers can initiate a remote session, collect necessary logs (e.g., Problem Steps Recorder [PSR], Fiddler traces), and analyze the system behavior in real time.
    • Guidance and Escalation:
Based on their findings, they will provide appropriate guidance or solutions. If needed, they can escalate the matter to the product engineering team for further investigation or improvements.

    Next Steps:

    1. Contact the Microsoft technical support team through your organization's designated support channel or directly via the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here’s what an Office 365 Global Admin should do next:
    • Submit a Service Request: The Global Admin should create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
    • Find Your Microsoft 365 Admin: If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
    • Call Microsoft Support: For additional assistance, use this link to find the appropriate contact number: Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
    • Contact a Reseller (if applicable): If your Office 365 subscriptions are managed through a federated partner or reseller and the Global Admin cannot open a service request, they should contact the reseller’s support provider. The reseller can assist with initiating the request and coordinating with the Office 365 support team.
    1. Provide the following details to expedite the investigation:
    • Error messages encountered, including screenshots.
    • Steps to reproduce the error.

I believe the details provided will guide you toward receiving the appropriate support and a resolution for this situation.

I would appreciate your understanding and coopetition!

    Sincerely,

Luckie Shi | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Hi Angga Khalifah,

    Good day!

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community regarding the decryption error you encountered while backing up your Office 365 accounts using Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. We understand how critical it is to ensure your data is securely backed up.

While given that the error occurred when using a third-party tool, we recommend contacting Veeam Support directly. **** They should have specialized tools and expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues that may not be immediately apparent. Their support team should be able to provide more specific guidance based on your environment and the detailed error logs.

I apologize for any inconvenience this redirection may cause, but I believe it’s the best way to resolve your concerns effectively.

Thank you for your precious time and understanding. For other concerns, please do not hesitate to add your post in the Microsoft Community Team.

Stay safe and healthy. Have a nice day!

    Sincerely,

Luckie Shi | Microsoft Community Moderator
