Understanding that you are unable to access a form created on 6/2024 the issue prompts that the form does not exist and multiple computers are experiencing the same issue. I understand the inconvenience this causes.
In order to better understand the full scope of the issue, I would like to know the following information:
- Is everything ok with the form creator's account and also not accessing this form properly? Is the newly created form accessed properly?
- There are different troubleshooting options for different types of accounts, you seem to be located in a corporate environment, what type of accounts do you use, work or personal?
- Sometimes this can also be caused by temporary fluctuations in the Forms service, wait a few hours or a day to see if it is still inaccessible.
