How to I set forms to share outside my organization

I am admin on our 365 tenant . We are moving to 365 in setting up a form we need to be able to gather responses from outside my organization

I followed this process

To enable external sharing, navigate to the Microsoft 365 admin center. From there, go to Settings > Org settings. Under Services, select Microsoft Forms and then turn on the option to let people outside your organization respond to forms and quizzes.

I do not see that in the Console

See attached screen shot

My hours are 8 - 4:30 Eastern Time

    Hi James G. Hadley,

    Thank you for your prompt response. From the screenshot, it appears that the External Sharing options have not been enabled.

    Could you please select and save the options indicated in the screenshot you provided and let me know if it works on your end?

    Good day! I hope you are doing well.

    Yes, I will confirm again. You need to tick the boxes where your red arrows are pointing to allow for external sharing of Microsoft Forms.
