Hi I'm getting Error Something went wrong. [657rx] while activating office 365 license. What is the solution for the same.

    Here are some steps that you can kindly follow to help resolve this issue:

    1. Sign out and Clear Cached Credentials
      • Sign out of all Office apps
      • Close all Office applications
      • Open File Explorer and go to:
             %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy
        
      • Delete all files and folders in that location.
    2. Disconnect and Reconnect Work/School account
      • Go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School
      • Select your business account and click Disconnect
      • Then click Connect and re-add your account
    3. Reset Office Activation State:

    Hi,

    If you make any changes or repairs to your PC before the error appear, you can also create a new administrator user on your PC, login to your PC with new user, and then sign-in to Microsoft account with you usual user name and password. This is how I solved this error on my PC without reloading Windows.
