    Hi mamta kumari,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

I'm sorry to hear you forgot to copy your redeem code after claiming a reward through Microsoft Rewards. I understand how easy it is to miss that step, especially when navigating between pages. Fortunately, Microsoft Rewards keeps a record of your claimed rewards, and you can retrieve the code by following these steps:

1 - Follow this guide to Track your Microsoft Rewards orders - Microsoft Support

    • Visit Microsoft Rewards > sign in with the same Microsoft account used to redeem
    • Navigate to Redeem > Order history (or access this direct link and sign in) User's image
    • Locate the reward in the list > click the Get Code button to view your redeem code

    2 - Check your email

    • Microsoft Rewards also sends the redeem code or redemption link to your registered email within 24 hours User's image
    • Search your inbox for emails from Microsoft or Bing, focus on keywords like: @microsoft.com or/and Rewards
    • Some email providers might filter reward emails > check Spam folder

If the Get Code button is missing or greyed out, your order may still be processed. Try waiting up to 24 hours, and if the code still doesn’t appear then, consider contact Microsoft Rewards support. They can verify if the reward was issued and help with replacements if the code was never used. Let me know if you'd like help checking your order history or contacting support. I’m here to assist!

    Warm Regards,
