Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and inform us about the issue. It seems that you want to request a refund for a gamepass that was gifted, in order to proceed please be noted that the gamepass must not be redeemed yet.
- If the gift has not been redeemed, you can cancel and receive a refund up to 14 days after the purchase
- If redeemed: Most redeemed product is generally not eligible for a refund due to Microsoft Gift Term & Condition
- You can also request a refund by submit a refund request via Xbox refund request for Digital game
If the refund is not proceeded, please contact Xbox Support for further support.
