Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
Steps to clean install your Graphics Card Driver using the DDU utility -

Step1 :

You can download the DDU Utility from the link below.

https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-...

Important - You will need to run the DDU software in safe mode.

https://support.microsoft.com/help/1af6ec8c-4d4...

Step 2: Have the Driver files for your device downloaded before booting your PC in safe mode and running the DDU software.

• Before booting your PC in a safe mode environment, make sure you have the Nvidia (Driver) file on your device downloaded.

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

For AMD - you can download the drivers here - http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Step 3: Boot your PC in safe mode and launch the DDU software -

• Then, boot your PC in a safe mode environment and run the tool.

In the pop up window, select options, if you're not sure, click close > Then select your GPU driver in the right and select Clean and Restart (Highly recommended)

• Once the problematic driver has been removed, install the Nvidia or AMD driver downloaded and restart your computer. See if this resolves the issue.
