As far as I know, this issue typically arises because each PlayStation Network (PSN) account can only be linked to one Microsoft account, and this link is permanent once established. Even if the same email address was used for other games like Forza Horizon, Minecraft treats account linking independently. If your PSN account was previously linked to a different Microsoft account, even unintentionally or during a prior session, it cannot be re-linked or reset manually through the game or console settings.

From my perspective view, you can follow these instructions to get the support

Option 1: Use Microsoft’s account recovery and sign-in helper tools to verify which Microsoft account is currently linked to your PSN account.

Option 2: If you believe the link was made in error or without your consent, contact Microsoft Support directly with your PSN ID, Microsoft account email, and screenshots of the error message. This will help escalate the issue for further investigation.

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Community! I'm assuming you are playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition from Microsoft store. This issue is related to how Microsoft accounts are linked to PlayStation Network (PSN) accounts in Minecraft Bedrock. Even if you haven’t intentionally linked another PSN account, the system may detect a previous or incorrect association.

Here are steps you can do to fix it:

1. Check for Existing Account Links

• Visit https://www.minecraft.net and log in with your Microsoft account.

Go to your profile settings and check if your account is linked to any PlayStation account.

2. Unlink the Account (if needed)

If you see a PSN account linked that you don’t recognize or no longer use, you may need to unlink it.

Unfortunately, Minecraft does not allow re-linking a Microsoft account to a different PSN account once it’s been linked. You’ll need to use a new Microsoft account if unlinking isn’t possible.

3. Clear Cache on PS5

Power off your PS5 completely (not rest mode).

Unplug it for 30 seconds, then restart.

Launch Minecraft and try logging in again.

4. Use the Sign-In Helper Tool
