Additional chat-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand you're unable to find the "Create task" option in the "More actions" menu for a Teams chat message. I'd be happy to help you with this.
This feature is directly linked to the Tasks by Planner and To Do app. If the option is missing, it's almost always because the app isn't installed or enabled for your account.
Please work through the following solutions in order:
- Go to the left tab of teams and click on the 3 dots search workflows. 
- Go to workflows, select create, find "create a planner task from a message", select that section -> Choose Next.
- Set up your flow -> Create flow.
- When you setup successfully you will receive the message "Your flow is ready to be run!"
- After successfully creating, you will have the "Create a Planner task from a message" section where you can create a planner for each member.
