Cloud security email. Is this a scam?

I'm receiving an email from ******@JRXBIKFKBMPVL.namprd04.prod.outlook.com which says my cloud security needs to be renewed. Is this a scam?

    My "guess" is its a scam. The sender doesn't even associate a email domain to this email address.

    That being said - Did you subscribe to any cloud security products? Is it up for renewal?
