Creating a recurring Teams Meeting with registration link

Hi,

I am trying to set up a recurring meeting in teams, the problem I'm facing is that the link that I am getting is being directed directly to the meeting rather than a registration page.

In Teams webinar I can see who has registered to attend, is there any way that I can see this is a meeting?

Or can I have a recurring webinar with just one link? So that its not needing to be constantly changed on our website?

    Dear @Amy Burns

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum. We are happy to assist.

Currently, Teams webinars do support registration and attendee tracking. However, when scheduling a recurring webinar series, each session generates a unique registration link. This means it’s not possible to use a single static link across all sessions in the series.

While you can access an attendance report after each meeting, which includes attendee names, join and leave times, duration, and engagement, standard Teams meetings do not offer pre-meeting registration or registration analytics like webinars do.

You can learn more about Manage meeting attendance reports in Microsoft Teams here

We understand how valuable a unified registration experience would be for streamlining workflows, and we completely agree that having this feature available for both webinars and meetings would be incredibly beneficial.

We encourage you to submit feedback directly to Microsoft via the Teams app (Help > Give feedback), or through Feedback Hub by

Go to: Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub →Send Feedback→ Describe your proposal in detail.   User's image
