If you’re unable to log in to TikTok using your Outlook email after the recent TikTok restrictions, here are some steps to help determine whether the issue is with your Outlook account or TikTok:
- Go to https://outlook.live.com or https://login.live.com or https://www.office.com/ using an incognito window. If you encounter the error, try to clear your browser cache and credentials again. Or you can try with different browsers, different Wi-Fi such as your mobile data.
- If you cannot log in there, the issue is with your Microsoft account. Follow the Unblock my Outlook.com account guide to restore access.
