Hi @(Yui) Onuma Soetamin
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand that you would like to print PDF attachments in Outlook 365 without opening the document.
Currently, the New Outlook for Windows does not include the Quick Print feature that was available in Classic Outlook. This means attachments cannot be printed directly without opening them. However, here are some options you can consider:
1/ Switch to Classic Outlook
Classic Outlook supports Quick Print. You can right-click the attachment and select Quick Print to send it directly to your default printer.
2/ Use Power Automate Flow
- Create a Power Automate flow:
- Trigger: When a new email arrives in Outlook.
- Action: Save PDF attachment to OneDrive/SharePoint.
- Action: Use a connector or script to send the file to a printer.
- This works with New Outlook because it uses cloud automation.
3/ Use an add‑in (no coding) If you need automatic printing as emails arrive, you can install an Outlook add‑in that does this for you.
For example: MAPILab Print Tools for Outlook
