I want all my company's users under the same Admin panel and usernames there

I want to talk to human being about getting all my company's staff accounts under one admin-panel and I want to get access there. For some reason, Microsoft keeps asking me about authenticator-code that I don't have and there's no other ways to sign in. I can't even do service ticket because I can't log in with the right username, so please - is there any ways to contact Microsoft via e-mail or phone?

    Good day @Juuso Sandberg,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

From the concern you shared, first, may I kindly confirm if you have already created a tenant for your company? Or did you have any problems or unclear steps during the creation process? If you have already registered, could you please reconfirm that you are trying to access the Microsoft Admin Portal using the same admin account you used to register the tenant? Normally, the admin account looks like this: admin_name@your_domain.onmicrosoft.com.

If your tenant is already registered and you still cannot access the Admin Portal, may I ask if you have tried contacting the Microsoft Data Protection Team through the Customer service phone numbers. Did you face any difficulties when calling with the support team?

If you are still unable to reach an agent, there is an alternative way to contact Microsoft Support when you cannot access the Admin Center Portal:

You can consider create a new trial tenant by visit the Microsoft 365 Enterprise plans page Compare Office 365 Enterprise plans and pricing | Microsoft 365.1. Select one of the available plans and click Try for Free to start setting up the trial.

    1. Follow the steps to create a new Microsoft account and tenant. This is a separate and independent Microsoft 365 environment.
    2. After the new tenant is created, navigate to https://admin.microsoft.com/.
    3. In the left navigation menu, click on Support and then on Help & Support.
    4. Create a support ticket: Describe your problem in detail. Crucially, you clearly state that you're locked out of another pre-existing Microsoft 365 tenant where you're the admin. Provide the following information about your suspended account:
      • The email address of your administrator account for the suspended tenant.
      • The domain name of your banned tenant
      • Any error messages you receive.
      • Details about the authentication issues you're experiencing.
      • Confirm that you are the administrator of the suspended tenant.
    5. Submit your ticket: Follow the instructions to submit your support request. You will likely receive a ticket number for tracking.

    Important notes:

    • With this new test tenant, you will not have access to the data or settings in your originally blocked tenant. It is only a temporary way to contact Microsoft support.
    • Be prepared for Microsoft Support to ask you to verify your identity and administrator privileges for the suspended tenant.
    • The resolution time may be longer because you are contacting the support of another tenant.
    • Remember to cancel the trial subscription for the new tenant as soon as your issue with the original account is resolved to avoid unintended charges. You can usually do this in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under Billing > Your products.

Thank you for your patience, I'm looking forward to your response.
