I need SP3 for discontinued Microsoft Expression Web 4, it is not available on Microsoft's downloads anymore since Expression Web 4 has been discontinued some years ago. It is not available under Window's updates either. I would appreciate help from the Windows community on where I can download a copy.
This was the SP3 that I needed, Thanks for the answer and the link. I got a lot of links to Microsoft's download for this SP3, but all I got was a statement saying Microsoft had discontinued downloads and other sites wanted to add some packages with their download. Your answer pointed something out to me, another Microsoft site (Microsoft Ignite) that seems to handle it's discontinued software support. Thanks again!!

No this did not clarify, it only muddies the water. I have 2 SP's for Expression Web 4, SP1 and SP2 in front of me on disks. With the loading of SP2 the version of Web 4 was 4.0.1303.0, I was told Microsoft applied SP3 and changed the version to 4.0.1460.0 before or after discontinuing Expression Web 4 and giving it away free. In any case, the free version is 4.0.1460.0.
