how to stop outlook from blocking roku from sending a reset email

it did not work thanks I used dev tool (inspect) seems as though it could be part of a program issue on Roku's part I'm in the process of following this will give update.

I understand that your Roku password‑reset emails aren’t arriving. First, try searching broadly in the top search bar (in the results, choose All folders). Also check Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive, and any custom folders you’ve created. Turn off view filters and Focused Inbox:

• Inbox > Filter > All
• Settings (gear icon) > Email > Layout > Focused Inbox > Don’t sort my messages

Please also review your sender list:

• Make sure the Roku domain is not listed in the Blocked Senders list.
• Add the Roku domain to the Safe Senders list: Settings (gear icon) > Email > Junk Email > Senders

Check your rules to ensure there’s no rule preventing email delivery:

• Settings (gear icon) > Email > Rules
• You can also create a new rule to forward Roku emails to a specific folder for easier management.

Check if your mailbox storage full in Settings (gear icon) > Account > Storage and forwarding email in Settings (gear icon) > Email > Forwarding and IMAP. Turn off forwarding if enabled.

Finally, try using an InPrivate/Incognito window in a different browser or clear cache/cookies before retrying.
