Disappearing cursor in Outlook

When I open any other app I can see my cursor, but as soon as I go onto Outlook my cursor is no longer visible. You can only see boxes or buttons being highlighted as my invisible cursor hovers over them. Restarting the program does not help, I have to restart the whole computer.

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you are facing, I know this interrupts your workflow.

Let's try some basic trouble shooting steps:

Additionally, you can try customizing your cursor in settings to see if it helps (bigger size, another color)

Please try and let me know if it works for you, if not, we can figure out another approach.

    I hope this helps.

Dear Microsoft, I have been trying the new outlook at work since it was first rolled out earlier this year and every time I try it I find a new bug. I thought that we are customers, not beta testers.

Try putting your device to sleep and then wake it up. It seems to work for me after logging on again.
