Hi @Lucas Correia,
Thank you very much for your detailed response and for outlining your experience so clearly. Based on your description, I’d like to provide the following information regarding the poll feature in Classic Outlook:
The poll feature is powered by the Microsoft Forms add-in (often called “Quick Poll”). If the Poll button is not visible in your ribbon, please follow these steps to enable it:
1/ Open Outlook (Classic Desktop version).
2/ Go to File > Options.
3/ In the Outlook Options window, select Customize Ribbon from the left-hand menu.
4/ On the right panel, choose the tab where you want to add the “Poll” button (e.g., Insert).
5/ On the left panel, under “Choose commands from”, select “All Commands” from the dropdown list.
6/ Search for “Poll” or “Polls by Microsoft Forms” in the list.
7/ Select the “Poll” command and click Add >> to add it to the selected tab.
8/ Click OK to save your changes.
Note: If the Poll icon is present but grayed out, click into the body of your email draft. The button activates only when the message body is in focus.
