📣 Microsoft Support Escalation Message

Subject: Urgent: Copilot Pages Feature Missing After Update

Dear Microsoft Support,

After a recent Windows update in October 2025, the Copilot Pages feature has disappeared from my interface. - using copilot via Edge..The sidebar layout is now unstable, and the “Edit in a page” option causes distortion or fails to load entirely.

🔧 Issue Summary

Copilot Pages no longer appear in the sidebar.

“Edit in a page” triggers layout failure or blank response.

Chat history remains intact, but Pages are inaccessible and unrecoverable.

Microsoft’s recent acknowledgment of Copilot disappearing from the taskbar (KB5053598, KB5053606) does not address this issue.

🛠️ Troubleshooting Attempts

Requested callback (no response)

Chat support blocked after selecting phone

Tried incognito mode, cache clearing, browser switch — no success

Submitted escalation previously — no reply

🧭 Request

Please confirm:

Whether Copilot Pages are retrievable or permanently lost

If the new “Library” layout has replaced Pages, and how to access it

Whether a restoration protocol exists for affected users of lost pages.

This is a serious continuity issue. I’ve documented every step and need clear, actionable guidance. tried to reach via chat and phone. no luck. please please help

    Hello scott garrett

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue

I understand that the missing Pages feature in Copilot must be very frustrating, here's how to tackle this:

    1. Basic checks:
    • Please update your Edge browser to the latest version
    • Open Edge settings > Search for Copilot > enable it
    • Sign out of your account on Edge and then sign back in and go to Copilot again to test
    1. Repair/Reset Edge:
    • Open Window settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find Edge > Click the three-dot > Advanced options > Repair If the issue with Copilot via Edge still persists > Reset
    1. Test with a new profile:

Sometimes the issue could be happened due to a corrupted profile

    • Open Windows settings > Accounts > Other user > Add account > click I don't have this person's sign-in information > Add a user without Microsoft account > Follow the prompt
    • Once done, go to Edge and access Copilot again to see if the issue persists.
