Hi Harald
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, I have also reviewed the latest update in my environment, and here are the steps you can follow to view past events by turning off the “Automatically hide past events” option.
- Navigate to View > Task Pane (or select the “Show Task Pane” button in the upper-left corner).
- Open the three dots(...) menu > Settings.
- Uncheck “Automatically hide past events in menu bar.”
After completing these steps, past events should appear in the Task Pane view.
I hope this information is helpful. If you encounter any issues during these steps, please share a screenshot of your Outlook interface for further assistance (ensure any personal or sensitive information is hidden).
