how to allow add-ins such as mendeley on word

However, since you mentioned that you cannot add the add-in, I’d like to clarify a few things: 

1.Is your account managed by your school or personal account (Hotmail/Outlook.com)? 

2.When you click Add-in, do you receive message like that? 

3.Additionally, could you provide a screenshot of what you see when you try to add the add-in?
