    Hi Peter Lane

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum

Here are the most effective steps to troubleshoot and restore it:

1.Check if the Teams Add-in is Disabled

    • Open Outlook.
    • Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
    • At the bottom, next to Manage, select COM Add-ins and click Go.
    • Look for Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office.
    • If it's unchecked, check it and click OK.

If it’s missing entirely, proceed to the next steps to re-install the Teams meeting Add-in

    1. Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
    2. Search for Teams Meeting Add-in and uninstall it.
    3. Close Outlook and Teams completely (use Task Manager if needed).
    4. Restart Microsoft Teams

In case the issue still persists after trying all above methods, you can use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant or the Teams Add-in Missing in Outlook diagnostic from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center if you're an admin.

Kindly let me know in the comment section if you need any further support
