Dear @Soan,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, it sounds like you want an easy way to copy all recipients from a sent email in Outlook on the web without using the current workaround of clicking ‘Reply All’ and then copying from the draft.
Here are some workarounds you can try:
View message details (raw headers) > copy
- Open the sent email in Outlook on the web.
- In the pop‑up, you’ll see To: and Cc: headers as plain text.
- Ctrl+A > Ctrl+C to copy all recipients in once time; paste anywhere.
- This gives all addresses in one block (often semicolon‑ or comma‑separated).
- Remove “To:”/“Cc:” labels if you want just addresses.
Print Preview Copy
- Open the Message tab in the menu tray bar > choose Print.
- In the preview pane, select and copy the recipient block.
- Cancel printing afterward.
Switch Browser or Use Desktop Outlook
- In Firefox, recipient “chips” are hard to select. Try Edge or Chrome for easier selection.
- If available, open the same email in new Outlook desktop:
- Recipients are selectable; Ctrl+C works directly.
I can empathize with the inconvenience you're experiencing. As Outlook continues to evolve, new features and settings may be introduced in future updates. We encourage you to submit feedback through the Microsoft Ideas Community at Ideas · Community so that the product team can review user preferences.
