i redeem my points but its need a code from a phone number but when i put adsing my phone number always says "we dont support this country, use email instead. how can i redeem my points smoothly and no hustle. thank you

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. I understand that unable to receive your redeem code must be very frustrating, here's what I would suggest what to do next:

    Go to your Bing Rewards homepage, click Redeem:

    Then on the Redeem windows, click Order history:

    In the order history window, you should be able to see the rewards that you've successfully redeemed with your points, then you can click Resend so that the code will be resend to your email address or you can click Get code

    And if it still not works, pleas reach out to Bing Rewards support since us Forum user don't have access nor authorization to review your account.

    i already report this to a customer support and i did what they said step by step. can i redeem my points using my email only not phone number? but how?
